What We’ll Cover

  • Event details: rules, schedule, what to bring, and what to expect
  • Transition process: discuss and practice (swim → bike → run)
  • Bike routes: review the course
  • Run course: try out the actual run
  • Swim practice: splash into the pool and do a few laps
  • Race prep: ask questions and build confidence for race day

What to Bring

  • Swim suit or tri suit
  • Goggles
  • Towel
  • Bike (we won’t ride, but we’ll practice racking in transition)
  • Helmet
  • Running shoes
  • Socks
